This is a weekend training for those who are interested in facilitating healing ceremonial breathwork. This style of breathwork is to release blockages in our Energetic, Physical, and Mental bodies. It also releases trauma stored in our nervous systems. It is a great tool for coaches, healers, yoga teachers, or anyone working in the field of transformation to add to their tool kit. Because Ashley is also a sound healer, she will included some of this knowledge in the training as well.
